Hearing the Speaking Spirit
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” (Rev. 2:29)
“…He awakens me morning by morning; He awakens my ear to hear as an instructed one.” (Isa. 50:4b)
The Lord always wants to open our ears to hear His voice (Job 33:14-16; Isa. 50:4-5; Exo. 21:6) that we may see things according to His economy. The dull ears need to be circumcised (Jer. 6:10; Acts 7:51). The sinners’ ears need to be cleansed with the redeeming blood and anointed with the Spirit (Lev. 14:14, 17, 28). To serve the Lord as priests, we must have our ears cleansed with the redeeming blood (Exo. 29:20; Lev. 8:23-24). According to Revelation, as the Spirit is speaking to the churches, we all need an opened, circumcised, cleansed, and anointed ear to hear the Spirit’s speaking. (Life-study of Revelation, pp. 123)
If we listen to His speaking, we will immediately be under Christ’s transfusing and infusing, and we will be immersed into Christ. Today the seven Spirits are speaking to the churches, and anyone who has an ear and listens to this speaking will be turned to Christ’s infusing. Whenever we listen to the speaking of the seven Spirits of God to the churches, we are immediately under a precious, sweet, and dear transfusing, an infusing that changes us, transforms us, makes us the proper material, and builds us into God’s building. (The Conclusion of the New Testament, p. 4222)
International Memorial Day Blending Conference
“In the blending of the churches we receive nourishment, we receive revelation, and we receive a vision of God’s eternal purpose concerning Christ and the church. Such a blending is not only for our own mutual spiritual benefit but is also for the mutual building up of the Body of Christ.” (1993 Blending Conference Messages concerning the Lord’s Recovery and Our Present Need, ch. 2)
The 2026 International Memorial Day Blending Conference will take place in Dallas this weekend. This is one of the seven annual feasts in the Lord’s recovery. The general subject is “The Great Need for a New Revival.” All the saints are warmly invited to participate in person or by webcast.
Message outlines and broadcast schedule are now posted at lsmwebcast.com. Living Stream Ministry will livestream the conference messages; afterwards, the archived videos will be freely available for a month. Please note that the livestream times listed below are in Central Time.
Message 1: Friday, May 22……………7:25 pm
Message 2: Saturday, May 23…………9:55 am
Message 3: Saturday, May 23…………7:25 pm
Message 4: Lord’s Day, May 24………9:55 am
Message 5: Lord’s Day, May 24………7:25 pm
Message 6: Monday, May 25………….9:55 am
Please pray that the Lord will meet the great need for a new revival that will hasten His coming back. May all the churches and all the saints prepare for this upcoming time of ministry and sanctify these days for the hearing of faith among us. Pray for the transmission of grace out from the throne to all the saints traveling from all over the world to attend and to the many saints who have volunteered to serve in some capacity at the conference. May this conference be a true memorial among us to the shame of God’s enemy and to the glory of God’s grace!
Los Angeles
“…The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever.” (Rev. 11:15)
With the ongoing burden of The Truth Sets US Free, our hope is that all of the saints in the church in LA would enter into a personal gospel living and pick up a burden to contact people. To encourage and develop our function in these matters, we have had three webinar presentations with practical handles to equip the saints. Recordings of the first two webinars, along with helpful gospel resources, are available online at www.churchinlosangeles.org/
All the saints are encouraged to become familiar with these webinars and resources. May we all pick up a burden for this city and have a heart for many to be saved and transferred to God’s kingdom.
Germany – Spring Conference
The annual Pfingsten (Pentecost) holiday conference for churches in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria begins this Saturday afternoon, May 23 and ends at noon Monday, May 25. (Monday is Pentecost holiday in those nations.) Please ask the Lord to bless:
• The speaking and hearing of His word to meet the present need of the His move in this region.
• The serving, including translation, children’s meetings, ushering, and music.
• The blending of all the saints outside the meetings.
Italy – Prato Report
Last weekend, around 175 saints plus 15 children attended the first Lord’s table and taking of the ground of the church in Prato, Italy. Most of the older saints speak mainly Chinese, but the children all speak Chinese and Italian, with a few also able to speak some English.
Please pray for the brothers bearing responsibility that they take the saints on and bring them into the up-to-date way to meet and practice the church life.
CEEB Conference Report
Last weekend, 100 adults from Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, UK and the US gathered for the Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans Conference, held for the first time in Belgrade, Serbia. Many saints also joined online. Five messages covering the recent ITERO were spoken in English with simultaneous translation into Serbian/Croatian.
Please pray for the Lord’s move in this region, especially for a solid golden lampstand to be established in Belgrade.

Loving the Lord with the First Love by Eating Christ as the Tree of Life
“But I have one thing against you, that you have left your first love. Remember therefore where you have fallen from and repent and do the first works; but if not, I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place, unless you repent.” (Rev. 2:4-5)
“…To him who overcomes, to him I will give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of God.” (Rev. 2:7)
Christ as life is the reality of the tree of life, which is the center of the universe; life is the goal of God’s creation (Gen. 1:26-28, 31; 2:7-9) and the goal of God’s complete salvation (John 19:34; Rom. 5:10; Rev. 22:1-2, 14, 19). In the Bible the tree of life always signifies Christ as the embodiment of all the riches of God for our food; God’s placing man in front of the tree of life indicates that God wanted man to receive Him as man’s life by eating Him organically and by assimilating Him metabolically, that God might become the very constituent of man’s being.
In order for us to eat Christ as the tree of life, we must give Him the first place in all things, which is to love Him with the first love, being constrained by His love to regard and take Him as everything in our life. To love the Lord with the first love, to give Him the first place in all things, is to eat Him as the tree of life; eating Christ as the tree of life, that is, enjoying Christ as our life supply, should be the primary matter in the church life. (Experiencing, Enjoying, and Expressing Christ (4), msg. 5, I.A, III.A)
Serving in Coordination with One Another in One Accord
“And day by day, continuing steadfastly with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house, they partook of their food with exultation and simplicity of heart.” (Acts 2:46)
“Each one as he has purposed in his heart, not out of sorrow or out of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Cor. 9:7)
We must coordinate with one another in one accord. Coordination means that we cannot do anything without one another. God’s blessing is based on our one accord, being in harmony in spirit with one another, having real coordination, and having genuine oneness.
To serve in coordination with one another in the church is to overcome the degradation of the church by the sevenfold intensified Spirit of God through eating Christ as the tree of life, the hidden manna, and the feast for the finalization of God’s eternal economy.
To serve in coordination with one another in the church is to be a cheerful giver. (The Ministry of the Word and God’s Dispensing for God’s Economy, msg. 5, IV, A, C; V, C)
Let us pray for our steadfast coordination with one another in one accord to unlock God’s blessing in our city. May we serve in coordination with one another in the church not out of duty, but out of love and delight, cheerfully giving ourselves to enjoy Christ, shepherd people according to God, and live a prophesying life to overflow with the flowing Triune God for the constituting of the church as the fullness of God.
LA Bible Distribution Webinars
With the ongoing burden of The Truth Sets US Free, the Lord is calling all the saints to enter into a living, personal gospel life—not just outward activity, but an inward burden to contact people and share Christ daily. Our hope is that through this, all the saints would be enlivened and participate together, so the gospel may spread richly throughout Los Angeles.
The third webinar will be this Saturday, May 9 from 10:00–11:00 am. The topic is about how to follow up with a gospel contact. Translation will be available into Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.
Please pray:
- That all the saints develop a personal, daily gospel living before the Lord.
- That they be burdened to pray for those on their hearts—in twos and threes as well as in small groups.
- That the Lord cover and bless the follow-up and shepherding of our gospel contacts.
Our Sixth Graders
This past weekend, sixth graders from Southern California went to Oak Glen for the Sixth Grade Conference. The topic was “Where Are You?” with an emphasis on knowing one’s sinful condition before God, not hiding from God, the salvation of God, and entrance into the church.
Please pray that the Lord’s speaking continue to resonate and operate in all the young people who attended, that they have the assurance of their salvation, and that their hearts be the good earth for Christ as the kingdom seed to grow in them.
Italy – Blending Conference in Rome
There is a blending conference in Rome this weekend, May 9 to 10. Nearly 250 people will attend, including children and young people. The subject is “The All-Inclusive Christ as Revealed in Matthew.”
Please pray:
- For the gospel trips before and after the conference, which include all the FTTA-XB trainees. Target cities include: Rome, Turin, Milan, and Vicenza/Padua before the conference; Sicily, Naples, and Rome/Prato after the conference.
- For the speaking and blending during the conference, particularly for the new ones and local saints.
- For the start this month of the translation project of the NT Recovery Version in Italian.
- For the first Lord’s table meeting of the church in Prato on May 17 with a mini-conference on the afternoon of May 16.
South Africa
The Cape Town Blending Conference takes place this weekend, May 8 to 10. The subject will be on “Noah, Daniel, and Job—Patterns of Living an Overcoming Life on the Line of Life to Fulfill the Economy of God.”
Please pray for the Lord’s speaking under a clear sky to all the saints, that they be delivered from all oldness and lukewarmness to pursue the Lord in a fresh and living way. Also pray that the enemy have no way to frustrate the conference through any hindrances—whether sickness, disturbance, opinions, offenses, distractions, family emergencies, etc.—that would prevent the saints from actively enjoying the Lord’s speaking, even in the days leading up to the conference.

The Messengers Responding to the Son of Man
“And I turned to see the voice that spoke with me; and when I turned, I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the lampstands One like the Son of Man.” (Rev. 1:12-13a)
“The mystery of the seven stars which you saw upon My right hand and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the messengers of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.” (Rev. 1:20)
In order to see the vision of Christ as the Son of Man walking in the midst of the golden lampstands, we must be the Lord’s overcoming messengers, those who are in our spirit on the ground of the church as fellow partakers in the tribulation, kingdom, and endurance in Jesus. (Experiencing, Enjoying, and Expressing Christ (4), msg. 3, I.)
The Head of the church is not only the Son of God but also the Son of Man. That the Lord is still the Son of Man after His ascension indicates that He has not put off His human nature after resurrection and that His dealings with us are based upon His humanity. As a man, He succeeded in being God’s testimony. Thus, we in the churches today, being human, can also be God’s testimony.
The messengers are the spiritual ones in the churches bearing the responsibility of the testimony of Jesus. Like stars, they should be of the heavenly nature and in a heavenly position…Both the lampstands and the stars are for shining in the night. A lampstand, representing a local church, is a collective unit, whereas a star, representing a messenger of a local church, is an individual entity. In the dark night of the church’s degradation, the shining of both the collective churches and the individual messengers is needed. As Christ walks among the churches, He holds the leading ones in His right hand. How comforting this is! The leading ones must praise Him that they are in His hands and that He is holding them. Since the leading ones are in His hands, there is no need for them to shrink back, to be weak, or to be mistaken. Christ truly takes the responsibility for His testimony. (Life-study of Revelation, 2nd ed., pp. 95, 100-101)
As the overcoming messengers of the churches bearing the responsibility of the testimony of Jesus, may we all see and experience Christ as the caring High Priest in the midst of the golden lampstands!
Church in Los Angeles Joint Meeting
The whole church in Los Angeles—all halls, districts, and languages—will meet together at 10:00 am this Lord’s Day, April 26 on the CSUN campus at the Northridge Center Building. We will be joined by saints from Santa Clarita, Thousand Oaks, and San Jose. There will be translation via FM radio into Chinese, Korean, and Spanish, and saints are encouraged to arrive early, full of spirit and enjoyment!
Lunch will be provided after the meeting, and for our young working saints there will be a special time of blending and fellowship immediately following lunch.
Please pray for a healthy attendance and blending, as well as for the preparation and coordination among all the saints. Lord, release Your timely speaking and burden to all the saints!
LA Bible Distribution
On Monday, April 20 saints from Hall 2 had BfA tables at a transit hub and at a DMV office. The saints gave out 84 English and 51 Spanish NTs along with Basic Elements of the Christian Life, volume 1.
With the ongoing burden this year of The Truth Sets US Free (TSUF), the Lord is calling all the saints to enter into a living, personal gospel life—not just outward activity, but an inward burden to contact people and share Christ daily. Through such a calling, may all the saints be enlivened and participate together for the gospel of the kingdom to spread throughout Los Angeles and the United States.
Please pray:
- For the Bible recipients to contact us for regular reading and fellowship.
- That, in addition to these larger distribution events, many saints enter into personal distributions to people the Lord has placed around them in daily life.
California Central Coast
The central coast of California refers to the coastal area between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. This area is made up of six counties—Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz—and has two University of California campuses.
Out of fellowship and a burden for the Lord’s testimony along the central coast, there will be a mini conference in Santa Barbara this weekend, April 25 to 26. Brother Minoru Chen will speak in these meetings. Due to limited space, the conference is open only to those who are burdened for the central coast, including for the churches in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. Meetings will be Saturday 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm with dinner in between, and Lord’s Day 11:00 to 11:30 am (Lord’s table) and 11:30 am to 1:00 pm followed by lunch. If you have a burden for the central coast and desire to participate, please contact George Estrella for more details.
Please pray for this time of blending with the ministry of the word, that the Lord use it to advance, strengthen, and spread His move in this part of California.
Bibles for America
Thank the Lord for the increasing demand for His Word in this country! In the first quarter of this year, we at BfA have sent out over 120,500 Bibles, which exceeds our annual total for many years of our history. We believe this is a special time and a special season. The Lord has prepared the environment, the infrastructure, and even the hunger in people’s hearts.
Though we employ the most cost-effective methods available to us, the cost of postage and online advertising continues to increase, and several significant payments will need to be made soon for the large Bible orders. Please pray for the supply, both practical and spiritual, to meet the needs for BfA to operate and help satisfy the growing hunger for spiritual food in this country.
As the Lord leads, saints who are burdened to participate financially may do so through The Church in Los Angeles designated for “BfA” or “Bibles for America.”
FTTT Gospel Trips in Europe
This month, teams of trainees from the Full-time Training in Taipei are laboring in England, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland and Northern Ireland, Poland, and Spain and Portugal. The burden is for the trainees to gain experience in presenting the riches of this ministry to all kinds of people and to learn how to coordinate among themselves and with local saints.
We thank the Lord for His continued blessing and covering. Despite some language limitations, many teams have already had multiple appointments with open contacts. As we head into the final stretch of April, please pray for a seamless coordination and transition with local saints so that none of these seeking ones would be lost. Also pray for these contacts to pray for all of their own friends and relatives.

The Golden Lampstand
“And you shall make a lampstand of pure gold. The lampstand with its base and its shaft shall be made of beaten work; its cups, its calyxes, and its blossom buds shall be of one piece with it.” (Exo. 25:31)
“To know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.” (Phil. 3:10)
“Therefore we do not lose heart; but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For our momentary lightness of affliction works out for us, more and more surpassingly, an eternal weight of glory.” (2 Cor. 4:16-17)
The golden lampstand symbolizes the Triune God. The Father as the substance is embodied in the Son, the Son as the embodiment is expressed through the Spirit, the Spirit is fully realized and expressed as the churches, and the churches are the testimony of Jesus. To experience the golden lampstands as the testimony of Jesus, the corporate expression of Jesus (Acts 9:4-5; 1 Cor. 12:12), we must be filled with the Spirit of Jesus (Acts 16:7) by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus continually (1 Cor. 12:3, 13; Rom. 10:12-13; Lam. 3:55-56) to bear the brands of Jesus (Gal. 6:17) as brothers and fellow partakers in the tribulation, kingdom, and endurance in Jesus (Rev. 1:9-10).
The beating of the gold to form a stand signifies the believers’ participation in Christ’s sufferings. Everything that goes on in our environment is for the producing of the beaten lampstand. If we set our mind on knowing God—submitting to the inward working of the Spirit and to the outward environment—every circumstance will become an opportunity for us to know Him. If a man does not know God in his lifetime, he has wasted his whole life. May the Lord make us willing to accept His dealings in our circumstances so that we may know Him more. (Experiencing, Enjoying, and Expressing Christ (4), msg. 1, II.A-C, 1-2)
SoCal Spring College Conference
The college conference this coming weekend is entitled “The Shining Testimony of Jesus” and will take place in Cerritos. Please pray:
- That the students be freshly called out of their busyness to seek the Lord and His purpose in the meetings this weekend.
- That students be in spirit to see the universal church and local churches as the testimony of Jesus for their entrance into the church life.
- That many newer and younger ones be solidified and gained for God’s expression today.
West Coast Korean-speaking Conference
The 2026 North America West Coast Korean-speaking Conference is April 18 and 19 in Cerritos for SoCal saints and on Zoom for all other regions. The two sessions on “The Ministry of the Word and God’s Dispensing for God’s Economy” are Saturday, April 18, 6:30 to 9:30 pm and Lord’s Day, April 19, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. All the saints are invited, especially those who are Korean-speaking. There will also be translation from Korean to English throughout the conference. More details, including schedule and Zoom links, are at tinyurl.com/2026westcoast.
Please pray for the Lord to fully release His burden during this conference, and for the blending of the saints for the building up of the Body of Christ.
France – Francophone Conference in Paris
The annual spring French-speaking blending conference will be held this weekend, April 10 to 12, in Paris. The general subject is “The Great Need for a New Revival.”
Please pray for the Lord’s word to run and be glorified in the French-speaking world through this conference and for the Lord to advance in His move in France through His up-to-date speaking. May the new ones come, be touched by the Lord, and be captured more by the vision of God’s economy and the Lord’s recovery.
FTTT Gospel Trips
April is the month for the Full-time Training in Taipei’s gospel trips abroad. This year, trainee teams are being sent to Europe (France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom), Africa (Zimbabwe), and other Asian nations (Cambodia, Japan, Laos, Sri Lanka, Thailand). The burden is for the trainees to gain experience in presenting the gospel to all kinds of people, especially college students, and to learn how to coordinate among themselves and with local saints. Such trips provide opportunities for the Lord’s further speaking and training in environments very different from the training center.
Please ask the Lord to supply the traveling trainees richly with His grace and hide them from any attack of the enemy. May the Lord impart to each one a personal burden for lifelong service within the context of His economy and move.
Ethiopia
A blending conference is taking place this weekend in Addis Ababa. The topic is “Noah, Daniel, and Job—Patterns of Living an Overcoming Life on the Line of Life to Fulfill the Economy of God.”
Through this blending conference with the ministry of the word, may the Lord gain in Ethiopia the reality and testimony of a corporate God-man living to fulfill His divine economy and change the age.

Week of March 15, 2026
The Effect of the Vision of God’s Building on Our Work Today
“And he carried me away in spirit onto a great and high mountain and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.” (Rev. 21:10)
“…I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.” (Matt. 16:18)
“That Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith…” (Eph. 3:17)
The New Jerusalem is a composition of divinity and humanity blended and mingled together as one entity. All the components have the same life, nature, and constitution and thus are a corporate person. This is a matter of God becoming man and man becoming God in life and in nature but not in the Godhead. These two, God and man, man and God, are built up together by being blended and mingled together. This is the completion, the consummation, of God’s building. We all need to see this vision.
The vision of God’s building will affect our work today…If we realize that God desires to work Himself into His chosen people and if we realize that this is what we all need, then the goal of our work will be to minister Christ to others so that the Triune God may build Himself into their being.
Yes, we need to save sinners and to feed the saints and perfect them. The crucial matter, however, is that we minister God to others. The God whom we minister is not just the building God—He is also the builded God. If we fail to minister God in this way, our work will be wood, grass, and stubble (1 Cor. 3:12).
If we are sincere and genuine, we will humble ourselves and confess that not very much of the Triune God has been wrought into the ones we have brought to God…We need to practice one thing—to minister the processed Triune God into others so that He may build Himself into their inner man. In every aspect of our work—preaching the gospel, feeding the believers, perfecting the saints—the intrinsic element must be that we minister the building and builded God to others. I would urge you to pray that the Lord would teach you to work in this way. (Life-study of 1 & 2 Samuel, 2nd ed., pp. 201-203)
ITERO
The International Training for Elders and Responsible Ones will take place in Anaheim this weekend, March 20 to 22. The subject is “The Ministry of the Word and God’s Dispensing for God’s Economy.”
Please pray:
- For the Lord to release His up-to-date word to the leading brothers in this training.
- For the intensified spreading and building up of the churches throughout the world as a result of the operating of this word in the elders and responsible brothers and in all the saints.
- For the Lord’s covering over the entire training and the safe travels and health of all the brothers attending the training.
UCLA/USC Student Spring Break Trips
In the next two weeks, many of our students from UCLA and USC will participate in blending trips during their spring break. There are three trips: 13 UCLA students will visit Tennessee, 11 UCLA students will visit Colorado, and 6 USC students will visit the Bay Area. May the Lord bless everyone involved with these trips and use them for His purpose!
Please pray:
- That the students have a fresh enjoyment of the Lord and see a vision of the Body of Christ.
- That the Lord blend the visiting and hosting saints together.
- That the Lord cover the health and safety of all the traveling students and serving ones.
FTTA-MA
The spring term of the Middle-age Training in Anaheim began this week on March 16. Please pray:
- For a strong start to the new term of training and for the Lord’s covering and blessing of all the trainees, serving ones, and their families.
- That the Lord perfect this group of trainees and many other middle-age saints to be useful members in His Body, to participate in His move, and to grow in a normal way to reach maturity in the divine life.
United States
Pray for the Lord’s mercy on the people of this country, that they would be open to the gospel and the truths concerning God’s economy so that more could be rescued from the present evil age and participate in God’s building of the church as their practical salvation before the Lord’s return.
Belfast, Northern Ireland
Belfast is the capital and largest city in Northern Ireland. There are about 20 saints meeting there with the aspiration to start the Lord’s table at the right time. With a troubled and violent history of religious strife between Catholics and Protestants, it would surely be a shame to the enemy to raise up a church there on the ground of oneness.
Please pray for saints to migrate under the Head and in the Body to strengthen the Lord’s testimony in Belfast! May the Lord gain what He is after in this city.
Italy – Shepherding Trips
The Italy gospel trip reports with detailed prayer burdens are available at tinyurl.com/olreports26. Please continue to pray for the shepherding of the seeking ones contacted during the Torch Relay and Olympics gospel trips. Pray that new lampstands be raised up in Turin, Bologna, Prato, Naples, and other key cities, and that the churches in Rome, Milan, and Vicenza be strengthened.
An application form is posted at tinyurl.com/italyshep for saints to participate in follow-up shepherding trips from now until the end of the year. We expect a good number of saints to join the international conference in Rome from May 9 to 10; specific trips are being planned around those dates.
Saints who are burdened to give for the Lord’s move in Italy may do so through the Church in Los Angeles designated for “Italy Olympics.”
