This does not apply to any information collected offline.

Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Subsplash) who have their own privacy and security practices. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We may use donor information to issue tax receipts, maintain giving records, and communicate with donors about their giving. Donor information is kept confidential and is only accessible to authorized people for financial administration purposes.

Photos, Video, Livestreaming, and Social Media

CiLA may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture images, audio, and video during worship services, meetings, conferences, ministry activities, and other church-sponsored events.

These materials may be used for ministry, educational, historical, and promotional purposes, including on our website, mobile application, social media platforms, newsletters, and other church communications.

Individuals attending services or events should be aware that they may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, or recordings that are publicly distributed. By attending our services or events, you acknowledge that you may be included in such photos or recordings.

Parents or legal guardians who do not wish for a minor child to appear in church publications or online communications may contact us and request that reasonable efforts be made to exclude the child from future use of photographs or recordings.

Individuals who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings used by CiLA may submit a request to the church by emailing us. While CiLA will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests prospectively, it may not be possible to remove individuals from group photographs, archived materials, livestreams, or content that has already been published.

If you subscribe to receive emails from CiLA, we may send newsletters, ministry updates, event announcements, and other related information.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in our written communications or by emailing us.
