Following the Living Christ
“And He said, My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” (Exodus 33:14)
“And when they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy.” (Matthew 2:10)
To find Christ is a living matter. It is not a matter of mere doctrinal knowledge of the Bible. What we need today is not merely Bible knowledge but the heavenly vision, the up-to-date, instant vision, the living vision, the vision that human concepts can never teach. Regardless of how “scriptural” we are, if we lose the presence of the Lord, we are absolutely wrong. The New Testament way to find and follow the Lord is to continually stay in His hidden presence. It is easy to accumulate scriptural knowledge, but if we would have living guidance, we must live in an intimate relationship with the Lord. We must be one with Him.
May the Lord be merciful to us that we may always be kept in the right way to meet the Lord, to worship Him, and to offer our love to Him. May the Lord make us all like the magi, following the living star to find and make new discoveries of Christ in order to become His duplication as the living stars. The Truth Sets US Free
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.” (John 8:32)
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free…” (Gal. 5:1a)
It is evident that a spiritual seeking and hunger for the truth is increasing throughout the United States, especially among the younger generations. In 2026, two significant events in the United States will present a unique opportunity for preaching the gospel and distributing the NT Recovery Version: the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the FIFA World Cup matches. We have a marvelous opportunity to rise up and spread God’s interpreted Word to hungry seekers throughout North America.
This special time calls for a special response. The present burden is that as many saints as possible would rise up to pray, give, and go to participate in the Lord’s move this year. Our prayer and hope is that the Lord would blend the churches, vitalize the saints, and establish the Recovery Version as the definitive Bible translation read by believers in the US, thus preparing this country to be used by Him at the end of this age. May we all gain a taste for sharing the gospel and helping people know Christ and be set free by the truth!

SoCal Praise and Ministry Meeting
Twice a year all college students in Southern California are invited to come together on a Saturday evening for a time to worship the Lord together and hear His speaking. This Saturday, February 28, this meeting will take place on the UCLA campus. High school seniors are also invited.
Please pray:
- For many of our students throughout the region, including newer ones, to come and actively participate.
- For the Lord to infuse the students through His speaking and unveil the vision of God’s purpose to them in a fresh way.
- For our UCLA students in particular to joyfully welcome and blend with all the visitors.
LA Hall 2 Retreat
This weekend, February 27 to March 1, 110 saints from Hall 2 will go up to the mountain and have a feast unto the Lord at Oak Glen. The subject will be “Cherishing and Nourishing.”
Please pray:
- For the Lord to give the saints a revelation concerning cherishing and nourishing and to bring them into this practice.
- For the blending and establishing of new connections among the saints.
- For a released environment to enjoy the Lord.
Wednesday Night Ministry Meetings
A new term of mid-week ministry meetings begins this Wednesday, February 25 at 7:25 pm at the LSM Ministry Conference Center in Anaheim. The general subject is “The Crucial Points of the Truth in Paul’s Epistles—1 and 2 Thessalonians.” All the saints are warmly invited and encouraged to attend in person to support the release of the word. The meeting will also be live-streamed and archived at lsmwebcast.com (subscription or payment required).
Please pray for the ministry of the Lord’s word week by week to His recovery. Pray for as many saints as possible to receive the speaking, whether in person or online. Pray for the Lord’s continued blessing of the Full-time Training in Anaheim and covering of all trainees and serving ones.
LA Family Bible Camp and Truth School
The Summer 2026 Family Bible Camp and Truth School for the church in LA will kick off on Saturday, June 20 in LA before moving to Oak Glen from Lord’s Day evening, June 21 through Tuesday afternoon, June 23. There will then be follow-up events during the summer to further solidify this year’s burden.
Last year was the first time we had a joint event for the children and young people, and it was a very enjoyable family time for all who attended. As we prepare for this year’s edition, please pray:
- For many more young people and families to register.
- For the schedules of the young working saints and students to be released so that they can serve.
- For the saints laboring in all areas of service to enjoy the living Christ in their prayer and coordination.
- For the Lord to gain a family atmosphere among all the attendees.
Registration is now open and the final deadline is Lord’s Day, June 7. We are burdened for as many of our young people and families with young children as possible to have a sanctified time to enjoy the Lord together in a focused way.
Italy – Shepherding Trips
Gospel trips coinciding with the 2026 Winter Olympics concluded on February 23 in Milan and Turin. it has been evident that the Lord is moving in our move! There has been a “wheel within the wheel,” and many seeds have been sown in the places these teams have visited. Our expectation is that surely the Lord will keep operating in people’s hearts so that the seeds will grow and develop, giving Him the way to raise up groups of seekers and lovers in these places.
We turn now to the great need of follow-up shepherding. There is an application form at tinyurl.com/italyshep for saints to participate in follow-up shepherding trips starting in March and continuing throughout the year. We expect a good number of saints to join the international conference in Rome from May 9 to 10, as well as the shepherding trips before and after the conference. We also anticipate that several saints will be migrating to Italy in the near future.
May the Lord’s interests in Italy continue to advance this coming year as the saints throughout the earth continue to participate through intercessory prayer.
